Title: Life Cultivation with Jim Thomas
Location: The Parish House, St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church
Description: LIFE CULTIVATION
Getting The Most Out Of Who And What We Are

The art of life cultivation has been the centerpiece of Chinese medicine since its earliest beginnings. Developing the awareness of who we are personally and in the larger context of our humanity, points us to certain strengths and vulnerabilities. During the day together, Jim will lead you in an exploration of our personal energy systems – breathing, eating, sleeping, movement, and belief. Asking then, “how can we maximize the energy from these sources based on our unique nature?”

And, looking at our collective and transpersonal nature, “are there potential sources of life energy that can be utilized, bringing us greater ease and freedom?”
The day will involve some lecture, discussion, gentle movement, guided meditation and self inquiry.

Cost is $50. To register, contact St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at 301-845-4600. For more information, contact Jim at jlthomas@qis.net, 410-756-6419.
