Directions:

The city of Taneytown is located in northern Maryland, about four miles south of Pennsylvania. The city is about 35 miles from Baltimore and 65 miles from Washington DC.Taneytown is approximately 50 minutes from Interstate 95 and about 30 minutes from Interstate 695, also known as the Baltimore Beltway.

From Rt. 140 West: These are directions from Westminster. GPS will probably take you through Taneytown which is not necessary. Head north on Rt. 140 North past Safeway towards Taneytown. After you pass Tyrone Rd. make a right at the next intersection where there is a traffic light at Mayberry Rd. (Runnymeade Elementary is off to the right before the intersection) This is about 5-6 miles out.

After making a right, make a left in 50 yards onto Bear Run Rd. Proceed for 4 plus miles, the road will change names several times to Basehores Mill Rd. then to Heyser Rd. once you cross Pipe Creek. Ignore the name changes and look for big power lines crossing the road a mile or so past the creek and a woods of scrapped cars on the right. Make a left after the power lines onto East Diehl Rd. The Samara Healing Center is the first on the right in about ½ mile. Park right off the road. The healing center is the building on your right. Follow the walkway and have a seat in the waiting room or relax on the porch if you want!
