Day Retreat

For those individuals desiring a more intensive healing experience at Samara, we offer the opportunity of co-creating a personalized day retreat. Whether coming for an hour or a full day, the retreat is set up with as much or little structure as a person desires. We are encouraging people to take time for themselves on the Samara property to re-center, reflect, and reconnect.

We believe that “stepping out of” one’s habitual day-to-day activities opens up new possibilities for heightened awareness, clarity, and growth.

With over twenty-five years of experience in facilitating individuals and groups in their healing process, Jim can help you clarify your intentions for your time with us during an initial phone consultation.* Your retreat experience could include healing sessions with Jim, meditation, fasting, time in the pyramid sanctuary, reading, journaling, artwork, music, or just deepening your connection with the Earth through walks, bike rides, and time around our gardens.

*An in-deph phone consultation with Jim prior to your retreat time is available at a rate of $95hr if desired. This consultation could include discussion and guidance around physical, emotional, and/or spiritual issues.

The fee for the retreat time itself is donation based. We do not have the facilities to accommodate over night guests. However, during fair weather you are welcome to camp on the property.
