Sweat It Out!

Happy 4th of July everyone!!!  We are keeping the calendar light during the month of July with extra events, however, there is a lot of opportunity to de-stress and sweat out your toxins with the Drop In Morning Meditation class, held every Friday as well as the Moving and Sitting class on July 28th.

Our 6 week, Movement and Meditation class picks back on on August 1st!  Please note the Moving and Sitting class, normally on the 4th Sunday of the month, will be changed to August 4th, for the month of August only!  We will resume the normal calendar in September.  Karen Boger joins us again on August 3rd for her popular Dancing the Universal Rhythms.
